we draft that ourselves — based on our evaluation. Then we
fax the document to your doctor to review, make any changes, and
sign. Once all paperwork is complete, it is forwarded to your Rehab
Technology Supplier who will request approval from your funding
source. You and your rehabilitation technology team will be thrilled
that we handle this meticulous process.
