I was overjoyed by the service and treatment I received at Aspen Seating.
It is phenomenal that I now can use my wheelchair all day long and remain
comfortable.
First of all, my medical condition has been greatly improved: my pressure
sores and scoliosis have been corrected, the pain in my neck and shoulders
has been greatly reduced, and there is absolutely no problem with me
shearing forward during the day when I do pressure relief. Instead of
requiring pressure relief for twenty minutes out of every hour, I now only
require one to two minutes per hour. The design of the chair makes
positioning me in the morning easy and intuitive.
Secondly, the professionalism of your entire staff and everyone’s attention
to detail was impressive. Both as a patient who requires ten different
specialty physicians to remain healthy, and as a fellow healthcare
professional, it was easy to compare and contrast the manner in which your
office treats its patients with the standard in the industry. It is obvious
Aspen Seating excels in all categories. Upon my return to Portland I have
felt confident in recommending you to all my physicians and the local spinal
injury community.
I truly appreciate the way I was treated at Aspen Seating. You and your
staff are a no-nonsense, can-do, roll up your sleeves and get the job done
group of people. From my initial evaluation with Tom, through the labyrinth
of insurance with Colleen, managing the logistics of accommodations and
transportation with Terri, to the treatment I received from you and the
support from your technicians, your overall care and service was exemplary.
