Customer Letters (continued)
Colleen and everyone,
First, let me say thanks for everything everyone did for us while we were in Denver.
I have to admit that I was skeptical about the new seat, I have heard claims and promises before about cushions, but this one is unbelievable. When I got my seat back on the first of December, I had a pressure sore for months that wasn't healing. I was forced to working only half days so that I could go home in the afternoons and lay down to try and get it to heal. Even that wasn't enough as it still wouldn't heal. I knew that it would just be a matter of time before I would have to go back to the surgeon to do a flap or something. Thank God I saw that story about Seating in the 21st Century in the New Mobility magazine. Since then I am sitting up all day again, have returned to work full time, 40 to 50 hours a week, and by next week, the pressure sore will be completely healed! The time and money spent on this seat was nothing compared to the satisfaction of being able to sit up again all day, going back to work and making money again! I just feel completely back to normal again and I know that without this seat that there is no way that this would have been possible.
So once again, let me thank you all for everything you did and I will be a customer for life! Just please try and get an office open here in Texas so I can just drive up next time.
