Dear Joe, Tom, and Everyone Else,
I wanted to write and let you know how the seat you made for Keslie has enriched her life! Since we received the finished product we have been finding how useful it has been in all our daily routines to be able to pop the seat out of her wheel chair and Keslie is still able to sit up beautifully!
This seat however proved to be invaluable in our recent trip to Walt Disney World in Florida. Because of the seat that you made, her disability, for the first time, was not a factor in determining what she was able to enjoy. And because of the seat that you made, we, her parents, were able to enjoy a 'typical' family outing in a way that we never have before.
I am enclosing a photo of our family taken on Splash Mountain. This photo is taken at the top of a five-story drop. Unfortunately Keslie's seat is not visible in the picture but rest assured that she is indeed sitting up so well because of her seat. Without it this would have been an experience we would have missed. Thank you so much for making it possible for all of us!
