Aspen Seating warranty programs are the most comprehensive and longest in the wheelchair seating industry and include adjustments for growth and change for the warranty period.
We have a 3-year warranty on all our molded Aspen Seating Orthosis contour systems. In addition, the Aspen Lite and Low-Profile systems carry a 2-year warranty. Force Isolation systems have a one year warranty.
At Aspen Seating, we are proud to stand behind the quality of the products we provide. To the best of our ability, we will work to solve any issues that may arise for our Aspen Seating Orthosis for 3 (three) years after the date of initial delivery.
The Aspen Seating Orthosis is the only contoured seating system that can be adjusted to support reasonable growth and change over time. Significant change in physical condition that is beyond the adjustability of the Aspen Seating Orthosis will necessitate the pursuit of funding for a replacement system.
Maintenance of warranty relies upon the following:
- Annual re-evaluation at no charge (6 months for children under 5 years of age) by an Aspen Seating practitioner.
- Refurbishment of your Aspen Seating Orthosis for a nominal fee at 12 to 18 months.
- Damage secondary to improper use and care of your system voids this warranty.
